



General Policies:

Minimum Order Allowed is US $10
* Orders are delivered only in the areas that are specified in our “Delivery
Areas” page (unless you requested us to do so by contacting us)
* We will be calling the recipient/s prior to delivery to make sure that someone
would be available to accept the order. If you do not wish us to call, please
make sure to specify that it is a Surprise. In the case of a surprise order,
if we are unable to find the delivery address and if you have not given other
delivery instructions or directions, we will have to cancel your order (Please
see Refund and Cancellation Policy - Below)
* All lunch orders will be delivered only after 11:30 am. In most cases Lunch
orders within the Colombo city limits will be delivered prior to 12:30 pm.
It might take an additional hour for out of Colombo deliveries. All dinner
orders will be delivered after 6:30 pm but no later than 8:30 pm.
* We will not guarantee the delivery of products ordered within 24 hours of
the specified delivery date/time. Please see the bottom of individual product
pages for more delivery information
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
*
There will be no refund for perishable items (all food items and flowers)
where incorrect addresses, phone numbers or email addresses are given. If
we cannot find the specified address, and if requested by you, we will redeliver
at no charge or issue a 60% refund for items other than perishable items.
This policy also applies to orders that are delivered as surprises
* In the case where a customer has decided to cancel an order it needs to
be notified via email at least 24 hours prior to the delivery time. A refund
would be issued, less the actual credit card costs incurred by lankasupermall.com
* We will issue 100% refund or redeliver if an incorrect item was delivered
or if item/s were damaged.
